Product Care

Caring for our waterproof polystyrene rugs:

Vacuum regularly (at least once a week) to remove dust, dirt, and everyday debris. For best results, use a vacuum cleaner with the brush roll or beater bar switched off, or use the suction setting to help preserve the rug's fibres.
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth or paper towel. Avoid rubbing, as this may spread the stain further into the fibres.
For deeper cleaning, spot clean with a mild detergent and lukewarm water. Test on an inconspicuous area first.
Allow the rug to air dry completely before placing furniture back on it.
Although the rug is waterproof, prolonged exposure to standing water is not recommended. Wipe away excess moisture promptly to keep it looking its best.
This rug is designed with non-shedding fibres, making it easy to maintain while retaining its soft, beautiful finish over time.
