A Curated Expression of Stone

Designed for an expatriate couple at Amber Park, this double-volume penthouse was envisioned as a serene retreat that balances sculptural softness with refined contemporary living. Framed by soaring ceilings and expansive glazing overlooking the coastline, the interior embraces a muted, textural palette layered with curved silhouettes, natural stone, and understated detailing to create a sense of calm sophistication.

At the heart of the living space sits a custom-designed bouclé sofa composition, created to soften the scale of the double-height interior while encouraging a relaxed, conversational layout. The cushions were deliberately curated in tonal textures and understated patterns to complement the architectural palette without overwhelming the space. Majority of the statement pieces throughout the home were crafted in marble, thoughtfully selected based on the client’s favourite stones — each chosen for its unique veining, depth, and character. These sculptural marble elements anchor the interiors with a timeless presence, adding both material richness and individuality to the home.

The result is a timeless penthouse that feels both elevated and deeply inviting, tailored to modern city living while maintaining a quiet sense of warmth, elegance, and intimacy.
